Invoicing data is generated in Leasi based on orders and costs, and sent to ERP/accounting for automatic invoicing. Leasi can retrieve project information from ERP, and can handle depreciation, write-downs and credit notes.
Leasi retrieves machine data such as operating hours, emissions, location, error messages, consumption and more. This is retrieved directly from the machines through AEMP 2.0 integrations, or via third-party solutions such as TrackUnit and ABAX.
Leasi retrieves field data from external solutions such as Ditio and SmartDok, and receives information about whether daily checks have been carried out, deviations reported, maintenance needs directly from the machine operator and working hours.
